Crowned to Lead is a full day of learning designed for Out-of-School Time professionals who want to strengthen their impact and elevate the experiences they create for youth.
From 10 AM-12PM, Leading with Impact: From Planning to Powerful Facilitation is an interactive training designed to help out-of-school time professionals transform their lessons from routine to remarkable. Participants will explore how to plan engaging, purposeful sessions and bring them to life through confident, dynamic facilitation. Through hands-on practice, peer feedback, and practical tools, attendees will leave equipped to lead with clarity, creativity, and confidence, making every moment with youth impactful and intentional.
From 1 PM-3PM, Out of the Box Education is a creative, high-energy workshop designed to help out-of-school time professionals rethink how learning happens. Participants will discover innovative ways to make academic concepts fun, memorable, and meaningful through hands-on activities, games, and youth-centered strategies.
