Crowns Up Learning provides dynamic and culturally responsive professional learning experiences that push beyond traditional training. Each session is designed to equip educators and youth development professionals with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and renewed confidence to create environments where both students and staff thrive. What makes this experience different is our out-of-the-box approach to education. I bring my background as a youth development professional into the classroom to promote holistic student development and my experience as an educator into youth development spaces to maximize the impact of out-of-school time. This unique blend allows me to help practitioners bridge the gap between learning inside and outside the classroom for stronger, more connected outcomes. Each professional learning session is engaging, interactive, and grounded in real-world practice. Sessions are customized to meet the needs of schools, districts, and youth-serving organizations, with a focus on educator retention, student growth, and equitable learning opportunities for all.
